Shipping policy

 

Domestic orders

We aim to get all of our UK orders despatched within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Friday, excl Bank Holidays,  Next Day delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You will receive notification when your purchase is on its way.

Domestic shipping rates

0.11kg - 1kg £7.49

1.01kg - 5kg  £7.99

5.01kg - 10kg  £10.99

10.01kg - 30kg  £25.00

International Shipping including EU

We aim to get all of out international orders out with 24 hours of purchase Monday to Friday, excl Bank Holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on destination.

 

International customers will not be charged VAT when ordering from FGR Club shop but import duties and VAT may be applicable once the items arrive at the destinations customs. Please note that  customers are responsible for paying these fees and will be contacted directly by their local customs dept for payment.  

 

 We use DPD Local to ship your items, signed & tracked. Once items arrive in the destination country the remainder of the journey will involve a local courier for the last part.

 

We can provide a tracking number to help assist with delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of purchase it is the customers responsibility to inform us so we can investigate. Failure to do this may result in not being able to carry out an investigation and no refund will be processed for a lost parcel.
