Returns

FGR Club Shop are happy to refund items within 30 days of purchase for any unsuitable items, provided they are in their original condition i.e all tags still attached and unworn. Please ensure you include your order with your returned items

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange on the following items.

Personalised items
Personal and healthcare products

Refunds / Exchanges

Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will process a refund by the original method of payment, minus shipping costs. For exchanges, please then visit our online shop at www.fgr.co.uk to reorder.

If for any reason there is an issue with processing a refund, we will contact you to discuss.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
