Data security protection

 Forest Green Rovers complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect, store and use personal data carefully, and ensure that it is kept secure. As a rule we do not, and will not, pass the information that you give us to any organisations other than to our agents and relevant industry service providers.

The information that you request will be provided within a maximum of 40 working days. We try to ensure that the information we hold is accurate, up to date and relevant and we'll be happy to correct any inaccuracies. There may be a fee of up to £10 for this.

eZSESSID – This cookie generated by the software we use to publish the website, it retains data in forms – so we can represent it to you.

partner – we use this cookie so you automatically take advantage of offers from our partner organisations such as Ecotricity.

Voucher_code - we use this cookie so you automatically take advantage of vouchers you have selected to use from our site.

Invite_code - we use this cookie so you automatically take advantage of invites you have selected.

What about e-mail?

As an environmentally-focused company we’re committed to taking steps to reduce our reliance on paper in our customer communications. Therefore we will strive to use email communications wherever possible. In the case of marketing communications we will always allow you to unsubscribe from this form of communication. 'Phishing' is a term which refers to the illegal collection of personal information over the internet by criminal organisations or individuals pretending to be official companies.
Frequently, this is by email. Rest assured we will never ask you to email us any personal information, such as payment/financial details or your address! If you are ever concerned or unsure, please contact us first.
